Youu2019ll find crazy architecture, fountains, aquariums complete with sharks ski slopes, ice skating rinks and every store you can imagine The Dubai Mall is right next to suggestions 2 and 3 on this list, but the Mall of the Emirates is home to number ten The Dubai Fountain is THE most fabulous thing in town.
It does an evening show every 30 minutes going from 6 till 11pm and it is right outside of the Dubai Mall. Now I think the best thing to do in Dubai is a Desert Safari Tour like this one which included sand bashing- where I literally almost died of fear and carsickness Camel riding- where I almost exploded with love for this sweetheart camel And then it all ended at a dinner camp with hookah, henna, delicious food, performances and dancing More info on all that at AMae.TV Shayla.. Itu2019s one of many mosques in Dubai but particularly interesting because it is modeled exactly after the Blue Mosque in Istanbul Although having been there, I can definitely say the smaller size and quieter atmosphere here made it feel far more soothing Itu2019s so pretty Now weu2019re outside of the Royal Palace, where Sheik Mohhamd Al Maktoum lives.
And thereu2019s peacocks surrounding the premises. So if you want to see the peacocks, simply follow the tour guide cars and drive all the way up to the guarded entryway of the Royal Palace This is also a really fun and free thing to do in Dubai Isnu2019t he pretty! And of course, the most important place to shop in Dubai is the Gold Souk Where they sell 22K and 24K gold by the weight, you can find anything here So the price of gold jewelry in Dubai involves factors like weight, craftsmanship, and the rate of the gold commodity for the day. Not to mention the exchange rate and haggling process after that.. But even if you donu2019t go to Dubaiu2019s Gold Souk to buy gold, you will still have a rich cultural experience there And really crazy photo opportunities Ooo I found a bracelet I like Right now weu2019re outside of the Atlantis, which is out on the Palms Islands That suite, right up at the peak, 30K a night, no big deal So if Dubai were Miami..
Then Jumeirah would be the South Beach of Dubai Itu2019s JUST the ultimate luxury beach vacation spot and besides the Atlantis itu2019s also home to the Burj Al Arab, which is only 7 star hotel in the world. So itu2019s like a fort, itu2019s a fort from back in the day Historical Dubai Museum This is how they lived in Dubai in the 1,800s.. it’s hot So if you want to learn a lot about Dubai this is the place to go Theyu2019ve also got extensive underground exhibits beneath this fort And finally the moment youu2019ve been waiting for, Ski Dubai, here we go! Ski Dubai is the first indoor ski slope built in the middle east, and it actually functions as a fun winter park for the whole family While I chose to shop in the mall instead of skiing, because I’m better at shopping..
